Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Taskora, the website and lead-management service operated by Rowain Snyder, an independent operator based in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada (“Taskora”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, submitting the form, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Taskora.
The service
Taskora helps service businesses capture leads from a web form or connected inbox, notify the business owner by email, send optional consent-based automatic replies, and track quote follow-ups in an admin console.
Free trial, pricing and billing
- Free trial: your first 5 leads are free. No credit card is required for the trial.
- Paid plan: after the first 5 leads, Taskora costs $19 CAD per month for unlimited leads and auto-replies. If you have not subscribed by then, new leads are still saved and you are still notified, but automatic customer replies are paused until you subscribe.
- Billing: subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by Stripe, our payment processor. Taskora never sees your full card number. Applicable taxes may be added.
- Cancel anytime: you can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed.
- Refunds: we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, except where required by law.
- Price changes: we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before then.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information without permission;
- use Taskora to send spam or messages that break Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) or other laws;
- upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- try to gain unauthorized access, probe or bypass security or rate limits, or disrupt the service;
- copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service, except as allowed by law.
Your customers’ data
If you use Taskora for your business, you are responsible for the personal information of your own customers and leads that you collect or manage with Taskora. This includes giving them any required privacy notices, getting valid consent (including CASL consent for emails), honouring their opt-out and access requests, and following applicable privacy laws. You also keep your admin key secure and are responsible for activity under it.
Availability, “as is”
We work to keep Taskora reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every email will be delivered. Taskora relies on third-party providers (such as Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend and Stripe), and their outages may affect the service. We may change or improve features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskora and Rowain Snyder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including Quebec consumer protection law.
Termination
You may stop using Taskora and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay, or if we stop offering the service. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as limitation of liability and governing law, continue to apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Quebec, district of Gatineau, unless the law gives you the right to go to another court.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If we make significant changes, we will post a notice on this website or tell subscribers by email. Continuing to use Taskora after changes take effect means you accept them.
